To kick start his new label Overload Liverpool, Irish Liverpool-based artist best known as The Cyclist drifts into the shop at 90mph under his second new alias of the year, The Motorist. A distinct homage to UK Garage, 2-step and breakbeat, his unique take on the genre shimmers through a haze of psychedelia and is accompanied by Liverpool local and girl-next-door vocal talent Flower Bed who floats above an undercurrent of bombastic bunker busting bass that’s sure blow a few funktion ones and heads.

On the B-side is another Liverpool based budding talent, Alien Izz brings a unique EBM-esque approach to the rigid breakbeats, adding touches of glitch and bleep that rolls and rolls till it takes off into a choral soar.
